The Reference & Instruction Exchange Group, a division of the North Carolina Community College Learning Resources Association (NCCCLRA), exists to improve teaching and learning among Reference and Instruction Librarians, encourage the exchange of ideas and materials, and establish recommended guidelines for peer evaluation.
